Job Summary
What you will do
đź“ŤOwn the affiliate optimization strategy and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the DACH market. đź“ŤSupport the wider Performance Marketing team in achieving their performance objectives. đź“ŤGrow Bitpanda's presence, conversion, and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies. đź“ŤCollaborate with the DACH country management, analytics, product, and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns. đź“ŤAnalyze campaign performance and identify new optimization and growth levers and steer efficient budgets towards defined ROI and volume targets.
Who you are
đź“ŤYou have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on both optimizing existing campaigns and building new ones. đź“ŤYou are fluent in both German and English to easily connect with various stakeholders, people, and partners. đź“ŤYou have a proven track record of building sustainable revenue growth in affiliate and/or performance marketing. đź“ŤYou are detail-oriented and will notice when an affiliate has changed previously agreed-upon content or site positioning. đź“ŤExperience in managing partnership platforms like Impact is a significant plus.
