Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Own a revenue quota, negotiate renewals and upsells, and manage accounts to achieve growth targets and optimal commercial outcomes. 📍Drive outreach to a large book of business to achieve consistent engagement with responsive and non responsive customers. 📍Build in-depth relationships with customer points of contact from C-levels to ICs in order to gain a complete understanding of their business goals and objectives. 📍Grow existing customers’ vehicle growth and expansion revenue through co-creating and driving joint client goals and strategic growth plans. 📍Execute on all phases of the post-sales customer lifecycle, partnering with Solutions Architects during implementation.

Who You Are

📍1-5 years of B2B Account Management experience successfully carrying a quota and growing a portfolio of strategic relationships with deep technical and product needs. 📍Ability to drive engagement with a large book of business. 📍Ability to navigate organizations to expand relationships at all levels. 📍Proactive with high volumes of outreach needed to achieve engagement. 📍Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction rates. 📍Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. 📍You have a data driven mindset, and a sense of urgency to take action when customer usage needs improvement. 📍Bonus: Experience with an API based SaaS product.
