Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and nurture key partnerships with major Korean clients in the Web3, Exchange and gaming sectors. šAct as the primary liaison between the company and its Korean partners, ensuring strong and trusted relationships. šIdentify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration to drive mutual value. šWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and partner success. šTrack partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare regular business reviews and strategic updates. šStay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics to advise both internal stakeholders and partners. šRepresent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups.
Requirements
šNative-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English, Chinese speaking is a big plus. š3ā5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech industries. šStrong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred. šDemonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and teams. šProficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership reporting. šSelf-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
