Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibility:
šDevelop a Enterprise Management plan šInitiate prospecting and lead generation activities šEducate and network with key prospect and customer contacts šReport on prospect onboarding pipeline and customer spend adoption šDeliver to targets for customer account management šConverse with senior customer stakeholders including C Level, EVP, SVP, VP & more šContribute to contracting activities for large, complex deals šDevelop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer account šDrive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accounts šRelay customer needs and requirements back to internal NCR teams including Product Management šDrive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer satisfaction šWork closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal NCR stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
š BA/BS degree š8+ Years B2B large enterprise sales and/or account management experience šBroad knowledge of Banking Technology and system integration and processes at large Enterprises šSuperior communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones. šSkilled at Active listening.
