Job Summary

What will I be doing?

📍Identifying opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects. 📍Managing a variety of client accounts; understanding client needs and strategizing with team members to meet those needs. 📍Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending additional products that align with client needs, maximizing value for both the customer and the company. 📍Building and developing long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants. 📍Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients. 📍Maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, attending conferences and industry events, and developing other means of generating interest from potential clients. 📍Helping our sales team as a regional expert. 📍Helping us structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies and processes.

What skills do I need?

📍4+ years of sales experience—ideally in a tech company—as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a strong track record of performance and a strong business network. 📍A background in payments or financial systems is a plus. 📍Collaborative team player with leadership skills, proven cross-functional experience. 📍Strategic risk-taker with deep customer insight. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level. 📍Skilled negotiator and deal closer with strong presentation and listening abilities. 📍Curious, positive, and market-savvy.
