Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResponsible for 360 Account Management of the client's full life cycle š Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods šConnect with both domestic and global tech product/service/outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish long-term partnerships š Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close and aftersales with job placements šAchieve quota targets in the form of contract numbers and job placement revenue by onboarding new clients, closing clientsā jobs, supporting existing clients, reactivating churned clients, etc. š Drive the services adoption to help clients find suitable services for their hiring needs and through that achieve their hiring targets š Support queries, issues, and any information requested by prospects and existing clients šDevelop an intimate understanding of clientsā hiring needs and manage regularly for application status and hiring pipeline š Develop champions network from existing clients by acting as a liaison, handling customer concerns/issues with confidence and putting them at ease šEnsure Customer Retention by managing hiring pipeline and job placements š Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, cross-selling activities for both prospects and existing clients šndependently and closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure the delivery of sufficient applications on timely SLA š Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure the seamless information on clientās hiring successes, risks and issues š Manage and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database š Produce precise reports when requested š Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating the processes and procedures and proposing solutions that will better achieve the revenue growth of the organization
Requirements
šA bachelorās degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Digital Communications/Business/IT or any relevant field š Interested or experienced in full-cycled Account Management/Business Development/ Digital Sales/ Marketing/ Strategic Customer/ Stakeholder Management š Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have) š Experienced working in HR/HR Tech/Recruitment/Headhunting company is a plus š Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management šExperience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media š Experience in cold calls, cold emails is a plus šExperience in CRM tools is a plus
