Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Responsible for 360 Account Management of the client's full life cycle šŸ“ Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods šŸ“Connect with both domestic and global tech product/service/outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish long-term partnerships šŸ“ Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close and aftersales with job placements šŸ“Achieve quota targets in the form of contract numbers and job placement revenue by onboarding new clients, closing clientsā€™ jobs, supporting existing clients, reactivating churned clients, etc. šŸ“ Drive the services adoption to help clients find suitable services for their hiring needs and through that achieve their hiring targets šŸ“ Support queries, issues, and any information requested by prospects and existing clients šŸ“Develop an intimate understanding of clientsā€™ hiring needs and manage regularly for application status and hiring pipeline šŸ“ Develop champions network from existing clients by acting as a liaison, handling customer concerns/issues with confidence and putting them at ease šŸ“Ensure Customer Retention by managing hiring pipeline and job placements šŸ“ Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, cross-selling activities for both prospects and existing clients šŸ“ndependently and closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure the delivery of sufficient applications on timely SLA šŸ“ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure the seamless information on clientā€™s hiring successes, risks and issues šŸ“ Manage and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database šŸ“ Produce precise reports when requested šŸ“ Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating the processes and procedures and proposing solutions that will better achieve the revenue growth of the organization

Requirements

šŸ“A bachelorā€™s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Digital Communications/Business/IT or any relevant field šŸ“ Interested or experienced in full-cycled Account Management/Business Development/ Digital Sales/ Marketing/ Strategic Customer/ Stakeholder Management šŸ“ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have) šŸ“ Experienced working in HR/HR Tech/Recruitment/Headhunting company is a plus šŸ“ Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management šŸ“Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media šŸ“ Experience in cold calls, cold emails is a plus šŸ“Experience in CRM tools is a plus
