Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

šŸ“Build and maintain relationships with blockchain founders and core teams through Web3-native channels like Telegram and Discord. šŸ“Represent Flipside at global crypto conferences to demo solutions, develop relationships, and build partnerships. šŸ“Work closely with our subject matter experts and sales engineers to craft technical solutions. šŸ“Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand partners' ecosystem challenges and growth objectives. šŸ“Design and deliver compelling proposals that demonstrate clear value to technically sophisticated buyers. šŸ“Structure and close complex six and seven-figure partnership deals. šŸ“Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles requiring both technical and strategic expertise šŸ“Stay current on crypto trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. šŸ“Track and manage pipeline through our sales tools and processes.

Qualifications:

šŸ“7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with proven success selling technical products to sophisticated buyers. šŸ“Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, including DeFi, Layer 1/2 architectures, bridges, EVM, and emerging trends. šŸ“Experience in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes with technical decision-makers. šŸ“Strong track record partnering with Sales Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to architect complex solutions. šŸ“Demonstrated success in Web3/crypto and/or a deep understanding of the space's unique culture. šŸ“Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage credibly with founders and technical teams.
