Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead project planning and ensure successful execution of cross-functional projects by setting and tracking key milestones and budgets. šCollaborate with senior leaders to shape the company's direction by formulating and driving business strategies. šHelp cross-functional teams resolve issues with data-driven insights and practical guidance. šCreate short-term and long-term performance goals, aligning them with strategic objectives in close coordination with department heads. šPartner with leadership to effectively convey organizational goals to internal and external stakeholders, promoting understanding and support. šRegularly assess and update the corporate strategy to stay in line with management expectations, industry trends, and changing needs.
Requirements
š4 - 8 years of experience at top tier strategy, management consultancy, or investment banking firm šStrong academic track record šStrong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve šExperience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills šConvincing executive presence, solid spoken and written communication skills including executive level communication / slides šAble to work independently and in teams šStrong team player with a can-do attitude, rolling up your sleeves and being adaptable and flexible - grit is a characteristic well-valued šHighly comfortable and able to context switch and perform in a semi-structured, dynamic, fast-paced environment
