Job Summary

What you will do:

šŸ“Initiating proactive relationship-building activities with key clients to maintain strong relationships across the Easygo brands šŸ“Provide VIP customers with industry-leading customer service and gaming experience šŸ“Articulating an extensive knowledge of our products which leads to resolving customer issues šŸ“Daily management and execution of one-on-one contact in response to customer touchpoints šŸ“Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and trends to ensure that customer expectations are met šŸ“Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players šŸ“6-day availability across the Australian time zone šŸ“Ability to manage 350 players
