Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Direct, oversee, and build a team of business development specialists to fulfill business goals and objectives 📍Proactively explore new markets and pinpoint potential business prospects in the peer-to-peer industry 📍Work in tandem with affiliate teams to recruit vendors for several target markets and manage vendor integration 📍Sustain trading liquidity and improve user engagement through reward systems, events, and various initiatives 📍Collect and suggest product enhancements and necessities from the standpoint of users and vendors 📍Manage and rectify irregular orders, and respond to vendor queries 📍Compile and condense various operational 📍Monitor and evaluate business segment data, be accountable for crucial business metrics, and continuously refine related work based on data-driven insights
What You Will Need
📍Demonstrable success in business development roles, with prior experience in the peer-to-peer sector desirable 📍Prior relevant work experience is favored, with a predilection for experience in the finance sector 📍Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, initiative-taking, and accountability 📍An innate feel for data, with a robust capacity for learning 📍Proficiency in both English and Chinese will be greatly beneficial
