Job Summary

What we expect from you:

📍Working closely with the Deputy Head of HR in adopting the overall HR Strategy and operational plans for the local team/stakeholders through medium to long term strategic planning to ensure goals and priority areas are aligned with Company strategy 📍Collaborating with the other HR team members globally in cascading company-wide standards, policies, and processes locally 📍Overseeing and driving all activities across the employee lifecycle specifically new employee onboarding, compensation (payroll) and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and compliance 📍Serving as the lead subject matter expert (SME) in all HR matters, assisting and advising line managers on performance management, people development, compensation management, and employee issues 📍Conducting regular total rewards (compensation, benefits, perks, engagement initiatives) benchmarking to help the company attract and retain talents 📍Developing and aligning local HR policies and procedures with the country’s legislation well as the company’s global requirements; ensuring the organization’s compliance with local employment regulations 📍Identifying opportunities to improve performance and capabilities across the workforce through performance reviews and improvement plans, talent mapping, learning and development, career pathing, and succession planning 📍Supporting HR transformation programs to support cultural and organizational change and performance improvement in line with company values 📍Managing and driving employee engagement initiatives and activities across the local team/ stakeholders 📍Managing and addressing employee issues related to misconduct and grievance and leading disciplinary procedures 📍Regularly touching base with Department Heads and Line Managers to identify people-related needs and pressing employee issues 📍Collaborating with the TA team on the development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies to hire the best available talent 📍Keeping track of and analysing business metrics to identify HR-related opportunities for improvement 📍Performing other relevant duties that may be assigned 📍Acting as a coach to direct reports especially junior HR team members

Qualifications:

📍University degree 📍At least 3-5 years of progressive work experience in full cycle HR Management and at least 3 years in a management capacity 📍Experience in fast-paced and high growth multinational organizations, background in the fintech/tech industry a plus 📍Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations in local countries 📍Credible experience serving as a skilled HR Operational Leader; having exposure to all facets of HR including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee/industrial relations, learning and development, and people and performance management 📍Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs 📍Proven experience in developing and growing talents 📍Successful track record in stakeholder management 📍Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, and local legislations (including legislation on employment, data protection, and health & safety) 📍Knowledgeable about identifying, tracking, analysing, and improving key HR performance metrics/KPIs
