đź“ŤWe are seeking a driven and enthusiast HR Generalist to play a key role in both HR Projects and Talent Acquisition. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and make an impact across multiple HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment. đź“ŤImprove Employee Experience: Contribute to enhancing the employee journey by optimizing HR practices, designing and implementing key People projects, improving policies and processes, and driving engagement. This could include creating People content, helping to develop training programs for managers, and working on a talent retention program. đź“ŤCross Functional Collaboration: Support cross-functional projects and topics led by the People Ops, People Partner, and Workplace teams, such as compliance review or team events. đź“ŤTalent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from role definition to offer by partnering with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and using data insights to continuously improve processes.
