Job Summary
What will you be bringing to the team?
šOur UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the HR Generalist position we expect you to:
šManage talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment process
šPartner with internal hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition
šSourcing for the identification of qualified candidates using different types of sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean-search, LinkedIn and passive candidate sourcing)
šCompose job descriptions based on job analysis, advertise positions, screen and manage applications through our ATS
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
šYour experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
šUniversity/College degree in Business Administration or other relative discipline
šMSc in HRM or MBA
š3+ years of experience in similar role
šExcellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
šKnowledge of payroll legislation/regulations will be considered a plus
