Job Summary
Responsibilities
šServing as the point of contact for all employees in HR matters and provide guidance on a wide range of core HR processes, including but not limited to talent acquisition, on- and offboarding, trainings, development, performance management, etc. šEnsuring that all HR-related processes and documentation comply with legal requirements and company guidelines šHandling staff administration and the employee lifecycle from A to Z for all entities of the Group šPreparing and maintaining HR documentation and administration (e.g. employee folders, incl. contracts, employment certificates, work permits, policy acknowledgements, etc.) šStreamlining workflows and verifying that HR documents and employee files are complete and up-to-date at all times šMaintaining and updating the HR master data in our systems (Personio and SuccessFactors), and creating reports, statistics, and evaluations šEnsuring the punctual and correct processing of monthly payroll in cooperation with the external payroll provider šManaging the recruitment process for the Crypto Finance Group by designing and updating job descriptions, supporting the hiring managers, and conducting interviews, as applicable šManaging external stakeholders, e.g. local authorities, tax offices, insurances, pension fund, etc. šSupporting HR projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis šAt least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a financial institution or technology company šA degree in Human Resources, e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HR-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis); additional qualifications are a plus šStrong understanding of common HR best practices and trends, Swiss labour law, social insurance, and regulations šWell organised, reliable, and motivated person willing to work with an eye for detail in a dynamic and fast-paced environment šHigh level of communication skills and the ability to make complex issues accessible to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders, managers, and employees šGood know-how in using IT applications (e.g., MS Office, Personio, Workable, etc); experience with SuccessFactors is preferred šExcellent written and verbal language skills in German and English is a must
