Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤFinancial planning & Analysis đź“ŤOwn the annual budgeting process and bi-annual reforecast cycles. đź“ŤBuild and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis. đź“ŤAct as a finance business partner to department heads, providing insight into performance and cost drivers, and supporting decision-making through financial analysis. đź“ŤManage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including month-end reviews, management reporting and Board materials. đź“ŤLead process improvement initiatives to automate and simplify FP&A and reporting workflows. đź“ŤSupport and lead ad hoc analytical and strategic projects as required.
What We’re Looking For:
đź“ŤA positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm for the role, continuous learning, and the crypto industry. đź“ŤStrong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insight into actionable impact. đź“ŤStrong data analytics and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) and PowerPoint. đź“ŤExperience with ERP and accounts payable systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite. đź“ŤProven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. đź“ŤA demonstrated track record of improving, automating, and scaling finance processes. đź“ŤExperience in a trading firm is a plus, but not essential.
