Responsibilities
šDevelop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate transactions and liquidity šDevelop and implement market maker business development strategies to achieve the companyās growth goals šAnalyze market trends and competitors and provide liquidity strategy recommendations to the company šCoordinate internal teams including traders, risk management and technical teams to ensure smooth trading flow šParticipate in product development and improvement to meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness
Requirements
šHave a bachelorās degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, and have excellent English communication skills šHave experience in market making or trading, better to have solid clients relationships, and be familiar with financial markets and trading processes šExcellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders šHave the ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to make decisions quickly and cope with pressure šApplicants with in-depth knowledge of digital currency, securities or derivatives markets will be given priority šHave good teamwork spirit and self-motivation ability
