Responsibilities

📍Your main responsibility is to bring as many web3 start-ups into the Crossmint platform as possible. You’ll be deep in the trenches on X, networking, and attending events to make sure you find promising builders and start-ups early, and help them grow with our tools. 📍Your main OKR will be the number of early-stage web3 startups onboarded to Crossmint.

To achieve this, you will:

📍Be a Natural Networker: Build and maintain strong relationships with web3 startup founders and developers. Act as their trusted advisor and go-to person. 📍Attend Events: Represent Crossmint at conferences, hackathons, and other events to promote our platform and engage with the community. 📍Community Engagement: Actively participate in web3 communities (Twitter/X, Farcaster, telegram, etc.), answering questions, providing support, and showcasing how Crossmint can empower developers and early stage start-ups. 📍Advocate for Early Stage builders: Be the voice of start-ups and the developer community internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into Crossmint’s product roadmap. 📍Speak at Events: Speak at conferences, meetups, and webinars to share insights on web3 development and Crossmint’s offerings. 📍Measure: Track and report on engagement metrics to showcase the impact of your work and inform future strategies.

About You

📍You are a natural networker and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring a unique mix of technical expertise, community-building skills, and a passion for web3. You: 📍Have a deep understanding of web3 and the developer ecosystem. 📍Are a people person: Comfortable initiating conversations, building relationships, and connecting with developers at all stages of their careers. 📍Have experience engaging with startups: Ideally with early-stage web3 companies. 📍Are proactive and entrepreneurial: You take initiative, work autonomously, and drive results with minimal oversight. 📍Possess strong communication skills: Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. 📍Are passionate about education: You love helping others succeed and sharing your knowledge.
