Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibility:
šSingle Point of Contact for the project (SPOC) šPre-deployment support in terms of reviewing and understanding, and providing some input to the SOW šCommunicates plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders šInterfaces with clients to detail specific project deliverables šWorks with, develops relationships, and manages project staff and/or third-party vendors šDevelops project plans including a timeline of goals and/or a milestone tracker
Oversees scheduling and EPM requirements
š3-5 years of experience with coordinating installations, inventory control, financial aspects, and process management on medium-high impact projects šBachelorās degree from an accredited college or university or related industry experience šProficient with the Microsoft suite of software, QuickBaseā¢, EPM šAdvanced problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills šP&L management, budgeting, and financial/commercial knowledge šExcellent management and leadership skills including teamwork development and maintenance šSuperior written and verbal communications skills, and excellent presentation skills šSolid understanding SOWs and contracts
