Job Summary

Your Core Responsibilities:

šŸ“Partner with (senior) leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives šŸ“Be a talent expert: Play an important role in maximizing the potential of our IMC employees and creating high performing teams. šŸ“Covering a broad range of topics, e.g., performance management, talent and succession planning, employee retention and engagement šŸ“Closely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive (global) people projects and initiatives šŸ“Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics. šŸ“Proactively be on the lookout for any people challenges and opportunities and come up with the right solutions šŸ“Make use of people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on key people metrics and trends.

Your Skills and Experience:

šŸ“8+ years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment šŸ“University degree or relevant HR qualification šŸ“Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives šŸ“Proven ability to lead and support organization change initiatives šŸ“Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ā€“ convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships; able to engage with all levels in the organization šŸ“Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting šŸ“In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations šŸ“Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously šŸ“Getting things done mentality and resilient šŸ“Acts autonomous, enjoys a high degree of freedom and responsibility šŸ“Confident with English as the main business language.
