Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šPartner with (senior) leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives šBe a talent expert: Play an important role in maximizing the potential of our IMC employees and creating high performing teams. šCovering a broad range of topics, e.g., performance management, talent and succession planning, employee retention and engagement šClosely collaborate with your HR colleagues in other regions to drive (global) people projects and initiatives šBe a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to help them navigate people topics. šProactively be on the lookout for any people challenges and opportunities and come up with the right solutions šMake use of people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on key people metrics and trends.
Your Skills and Experience:
š8+ years of experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment šUniversity degree or relevant HR qualification šProven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives šProven ability to lead and support organization change initiatives šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills ā convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships; able to engage with all levels in the organization šStrong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting šIn-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations šAble to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously šGetting things done mentality and resilient šActs autonomous, enjoys a high degree of freedom and responsibility šConfident with English as the main business language.
