Maincard is a Web3 sports fantasy platform that combines card game elements, allowing users to predict real-world sports and esports events.   • Easy Access for Everyone: The project aims to attract Web2 audiences with a smooth onboarding experience into crypto. Maincard is a free-to-play game that offers demo cards to all new players upon registration and wallet connection. Players can also earn daily rewards just for logging in and inviting referrals. Predictions are free for users. 
  • Safe Environment: The life mechanics of game cards allow for mistakes in predictions without the total loss of money, as seen in traditional sports predictions. Players can restore their game cards’ lives after incorrect predictions.
  • Risk Control: The card prediction mechanics limit the negative consequences of excessive prediction activities. Players don’t use their money directly, and incorrect predictions trigger a cooldown period, reducing the urge to recoup losses.
  • Community and Healthy Competition: The «Tournaments» mode lets players compete weekly for prize pools, potentially winning up to 500 TON or $3,500. This allows players to communicate, exchange strategies, and compete with each other. Maincard already has players from 148 countries, forming local communities. Plans include the “Guilds” mode, enabling players to create in-game communities to achieve goals and compete with others.

Perfect Match with Gen Z

Generation Z is significantly changing sports predictions by emphasizing gamification and social features. Members of this generation expect interactive content and gamification in sports prediction apps and consider social features important. Unfortunately, aggressive marketing often leads to negative consequences for this demographic. Experts note that Gen Z is more prone to addiction, making it essential to provide a safe environment to satisfy their enthusiasm without significant risk.

Maincard is ideal as a safer alternative for Gen Z, offering protection from addiction, gamification, and user-friendly features. Notably, Maincard allows users to create unique in-game avatars, which can be enhanced with special clothing items over time, boosting in-game progress. In 2024, Maincard sponsored the Dota 2 tournament Maincard Unmatched, featuring top teams from the Americas, and collaborated with the esports team B8.

MCN: Earning the Maincard Native Token

MCN (Maincoin) is the native token of the Maincard platform. Players earn MCN as rewards for correct predictions and tournament victories and use it in various game mechanics. With MCN, users can repair their cards, trade on the auction, join tournaments, and merge cards to obtain higher rarity levels.

The Maincard team is actively engaged in discussions with prominent brands, streaming platforms, and ticket aggregators for sports events. It is expected that soon, players will have the opportunity to purchase goods of interest to sports fans for MCN (merch, event broadcasts, tickets, etc.).

Within the TON ecosystem, Maincard stands out for its open approach to getting tokens to players even before listing. The TON launch opened Maincard to nearly a billion Telegram users, as TON is closely integrated with the Telegram app. The Maincard team participated in the TON accelerator program and received support from the TON Foundation. In collaboration with other projects, Maincard partnered with Notcoin and plans further collaborations with projects in the ecosystem.

To reward active players and community members, Maincard has allocated up to 50,000 TON tokens, equivalent to approximately $300,000 at the time of this material.
