Job Summary
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
šProvide a friendly and helpful experience for team members and guests. šDeliver daily food, beverage, and professional barista services within set timeframes. šClean and maintain coffee machines, kitchen areas, and a safe environment. šAssist with event preparation, setup, and execution as needed. šEnsure weekly grocery orders and daily restocking of kitchen supplies. šManage office supplies and report issues to the Head of People and Culture. šHandle office and inventory-related queries. šSupport health and safety initiatives, including fire warden and first aid duties. šManage internal and external meeting room bookings. šPerform other tasks as directed by Swyftx Leaders.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
šProven experience delivering exceptional customer service šBackground in food and beverage, preferably in hotel or corporate settings šBarista skills with a passion for great coffee šCustomer-focused, energetic, and adaptable šDetail-oriented with a commitment to excellence šStrong written and verbal communication skills šExcellent interpersonal and organisational skills, including time management and task prioritisation šCalm, adaptable, and flexible in dynamic environments šAdvocate for positive workplace culture and continuous improvement at Swyftx
