Who they are:

An opportunity to join a high-growth Digital Asset Platform (Unicorn), revolutionizing how we value digital assets. They currently going through a scale-up phase and they're now looking to add a VP of Product with a passion for Crypto and Blockchain space, to lead and grow their expanding Product department.

What they’re looking for:

You'll have the opportunity to drive the strategy for their B2B and B2C Crypto products, tasked with leading and building a team focused on developing on top of their current solutions and for their future Web3 solutions from 0 to 1.

What you’ll be doing:

Design, plan and execute your roadmap from inception to launch. Lead and build a team focused on developing Crypto and Blockchain products and services. Manage the sprint process - write user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog, run daily stand-ups, and ensure that your team remains focused on the most impactful initiatives. Hire, manage and motivate a direct team of distributed product-focused team members. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization including the executive team.

What you’ll need:

Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way, ideally in fintech or products related to customer loyalty. Experience creating new products from inception through launch to growing revenues. Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Technical knowledge and passion for Crypto and continued learning. A get-it-done mindset; you’re resourceful and at your best going from 0 to 1.
