Job Summary

You will have the autonomy to set the product discipline, and they'll equip you with the tools to continue scaling out the product team around you while working hands-on alongside other senior leaders. They're looking for someone who's experienced in the payments sector and can inspire, coach, and lead a large team of Product professionals in an environment that creates a passionate culture, determined to change the payments sector.

What you’ll be doing: Design, plan and execute your roadmap from inception to launch. Define the product strategy, develop, and identify the key measures of success, set expectations with all relevant stakeholders, and effectively prioritize across initiatives, teams, and functions. Manage the sprint process for your team - write user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog, run daily stand-ups, and ensure that your team remains focused on the most impactful initiatives. Hire, manage and motivate a direct team of distributed product-focused team members. Establish metrics to align with the macro company as well as product goals. Work closely with technical leadership to establish timelines and delivery. Inspire the company for product excellence through your work as a thought leader and mentor.

What will I bring? Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way. A track record of building exceptional payment infrastructure products at a FinTech. Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence. Technical knowledge and passion for Payments and continued learning. A scrappy mindset; you’re in your element going from 0 to 1, as well as scaling a team.
