Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize the performance and value of the property portfolio. šOversee the financial performance of the assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. šConduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions. šLead a team of asset managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. šCollaborate with property management teams to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. šConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the South Florida real estate market. šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and partners. šPrepare and present comprehensive asset performance reports to senior leadership and investors. šEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to property management and investment. šIdentify and evaluate potential acquisition and disposition opportunities to enhance the portfolio. šDrive sustainability initiatives and implement best practices for energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
The VP of Asset Management has the following qualifications:
š5+ years in experience in one of the following fields: asset management or real estate operations šExperience with Multifamily assets šBachelor degree from a top tier institution šExcellent understanding of Excel with spreadsheet analysis experience šStrong work ethic and attention to detail šExceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills šAbility to frequently travel to assets
