šAt least 2 years of experience managing high-performing software engineering teams, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development šA strong background in full-stack engineering, with hands-on experience building and scaling products using technologies like React, TypeScript, or Go šExperience working in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment.A builder's mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, consumer-facing products šA deep commitment to team performance and the individual growth of your engineers šExcellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations šA customer-centric approach and a passion for solving real user problems
