Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
šPlan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for our crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, insurance fund, etc. šOptimize risk control rules, improve the efficiency of the risk control system, reduce the probability of and losses from abnormal events, and increase the amount and growth rate of the insurance fund šMonitor risks and collect feedback on our risk control system after its launch, and continue to optimize the system based on effective iterative mechanisms. šMonitor real-time market data and risk indicators, identify abnormalities and potential risks in rapid time. Take appropriate actions to manage risk and implement a risk control plan šMonitor project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments šInstruct junior product managers to form a methodology on risk control products
What We Look For In You:
šBachelor's degree with product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company šHave a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry; šSolid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis šAbility to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments šBe proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team šProficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team)
