Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to formulate tech talent sourcing strategies - this includes target tech company mapping, connecting with the industryās top talent. šDrive Binanceās end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on market research and talent mapping. šIndependently source talent via recruiting tools and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Glassdoor, AngelList. šDrive process improvement and the management of Lever, Binanceās IT recruitment platform. šContent creation and management of Binanceās paid recruiting channels. šConduct market research for global markets that Binance currently operates in, or plans to enter (Asia, EU, Middle Eastern regions). šResearch and propose new channels and trends to attract top talents.
Requirements:
šExperience in a direct sourcing/candidate research role either with an executive search firm, recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house recruiting team. šExperience in tech candidates sourcing, especially for the engineers of front end, back end, QA, devOps, big data and etc. šExperience with major recruiting tools and job boards/tech communities like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, Glassdoor, AngelList. šThe ideal candidate should have strong data analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talents. šSourcing experience in blockchain/web3 technology is a preference. šSourcing experience in blockchain/Web3 technology is a plus. šFamiliarity with Web3 job portals is highly desirable.
