Job Summary
What you will do:
šGuide the implementation of customer-specific projects: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client projects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. šAct as the central customer point of contact: Serve as the primary liaison for C-suite executives and both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šProvide technical support in the presales process: Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver technical insights during presales activities. šAssist with onboarding new customers and partners: Ensure new customers and partners are effectively onboarded and supported throughout the process. šContribute to building a strategically aligned product portfolio: Help shape the product portfolio by staying informed on current and emerging market trends.
What you bring:
šYou are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver. šExcellent in English and German communication > šCurrently pursuing a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field and you bring prior relevant work experience in cloud services or IT roles. šYou have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner. šStrong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the center of cloud and deep tech.
