Job Summary
What you would be doing
📍Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. 📍Working with team leads to make sure they have all the people they need to achieve their goals 📍Sourcing talent and taking them through the hiring process 📍Building a world-class employer branding 📍Building out a talent pipeline for Quidax 📍Manage the hiring process across the world 📍Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of the outcome 📍Proactively coordinate onsite and offsite recruiting events
What you need to have
📍5 years post-university work experience in HR with at least 3 years experience recruiting 📍Track record and verifiable results in recruiting top talents & software developers 📍Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) 📍Experience developing and implementing great hiring processes. 📍High integrity and discretion
