Job Summary
About the position:
đź“ŤWe are looking for a TPM with a broad range of skills, from talking to users and finding pain points, to building out detailed roadmaps, to working with core developers to find and communicate solutions. In this position, you will: đź“ŤWork with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to find their biggest obstacles to success; đź“ŤWork with leadership at Parity to help define the most valuable objectives for Engineering; đź“ŤTurn ideas into concrete roadmaps; đź“ŤCommunicate with founders in the ecosystem to make sure they have the resources they need to succeed on the POlkadot tech stack.
About you:
đź“ŤTrack record of work with complex, multi-stakeholder projects; đź“ŤExcellent written and verbal communication skills; đź“ŤBackground in engineering, an ability to understand technical architecture and tradeoffs when making engineering decisions; đź“ŤAbility to break complex, high-level ideas into concrete steps; đź“ŤSome programming ability is a plus.
