Job Summary
In this role, you will…
📍Research, evaluate, and document technical accounting positions under U.S. GAAP. 📍Draft and maintain accounting position memos, white papers, and internal policy documentation. 📍Own and update the Company’s accounting policies and ensure consistent application. 📍Provide technical guidance and training to the broader accounting and finance team. 📍Partner with external auditors, ensuring readiness and support during annual audits. 📍Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting standards (e.g., ASUs) on the business. 📍Partner with Legal, FP&A, HR, and other stakeholders to evaluate accounting implications of strategic initiatives.
We’re looking for candidates who have…
📍A bachelor’s degree in accounting 📍Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting including topics such as ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 718 📍Experience working with private or high-growth technology companies 📍Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 📍NetSuite experience and a strong command of Excel (you’re unfazed by large data sets)
