Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šHelp drive technical and product strategies for Financial Apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, GTM) to deliver exceptional products. šStay updated on the bleeding edge of technological advancements, particularly in wallet technology and user experience best practices in Web3, to drive technical strategies that keep Alchemy at the edge of competition; effectively communicate concepts and progress. šEnhance execution, mentor the engineering team, and refine processes as the team scales. Provide technical mentorship to ensure high-quality standards in development. šInfluence Alchemy's overall engineering culture through leadership, mentorship, and programs promoting continuous learning and development. šFoster team growth by actively recruiting and hiring top-tier engineers with a passion for user experience and blockchain.
What We're Looking For:
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. š7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong emphasis on building user-facing applications and developer tools. š1+ years in engineering management; proven success in building and leading high-performing full-stack or product engineering teams, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. šStrong technical and product skills - this role will require both solid engineering principles and deep customer empathy. šAbility to work in a fast paced environment - understanding how to make the tradeoff between quality and speed, based on the product, business, and technical context. šExperience with blockchain technologies is a very strong plus.
