Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
šClosely work with Engineering Teams to develop team and cross-team plans to deliver quality products or services
šServe as the primary interface and point of contact for the programās performance, schedule, quality, and technical issues
šBuild, develop, and grow any stakeholder relationships vital to the success of the program
šReviews and collaborate with Engineering Team on technical approach, level of effort estimates and feasibility
šDevelop and maintains plans including schedules, cross team dependencies and milestones using tools such as JIRA / Confluence
šDrive the planning, execution, and controlling of the Program Ensure quality and timely delivery of deliverables
šSupport the development of ambitious quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs)
šEnsures that program objectives and key results (OKRs) are met in the most efficient manner
šEnsure commitments are being satisfied against the schedule by team members and stakeholders and developing mitigations and escalating schedule risks and issues
šDevelop and communicate strategies, goals, and objectives as well as program status and health to stakeholders and leadership
šDevelop repeatable processes to scale the team
šDevelop strategies to improve the Programās delivery efficiency
šManage program risks and conditions, and facilitate development of mitigation strategies
šProvide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Must Have:
šAt least 3-5+ years of experience in the domain of Incident Response and Site Reliability Engineering šAt least 3-5+ years of demonstrated Agile TPM experience, across multiple globally dispersed cross functional Agile Teams šExpertise with the use of JIRA roadmapping and advanced features šStrong presence with excellent written and verbal communications
