Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Manage program logistics from build planning to distribution, including materials requirements and forecasting. šŸ“Lead complex hardware projects from conception through to production, ensuring they meet strict timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards. šŸ“Ensure timely delivery of all production stages (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP) by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Use your expertise in large-scale manufacturing to identify project risks and ensure smooth launches. šŸ“Lead the delivery of strategic cross-functional products from concept to shipment. šŸ“Resolve engineering challenges hands-on and support ongoing supplier relationships. šŸ“Implement and refine production strategies to meet current and future needs of Worldcoin.

About You:

šŸ“You have 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, agile environments. šŸ“A Bachelorā€™s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is highly preferred.. šŸ“Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction šŸ“Experience building roadmaps, release plans, project plans with a thorough understanding of dependency management using frameworks such as Gantt charts, build matrices, requirements traceability matrices, etc šŸ“Effective communication skills, capable of addressing both technical teams and C-level executives. šŸ“Experience compiling and presenting business & technology options, backed by data & experimentation, to decision makers šŸ“Youā€™re executional driven and have a hands-on mentality! šŸ“Experience with PLM and ERP systems. CAPM or PMP certification is a plus. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to dive deep into a subject matter, while simultaneously keeping the bigger picture and strategy at the forefront šŸ“Comfort with legal frameworks and contract negotiation (development, supply, licensing, and service agreements) is a plus šŸ“Fluency in English is a must. German language skills are a plus.
