Job Summary

What You’ll be Doing

📍Lead and manage complex technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals 📍Serve as a technical liaison, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams 📍Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines 📍Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation 📍Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues as they arise 📍Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders 📍Ensure that all projects adhere to established standards and best practices, and meet performance and quality benchmarks 📍Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What You Should Have

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 📍Masters degree in Computer Science or related field is a bonus 📍Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably within a consumer tech, gaming, platform or developer tools environment 📍Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development, platform engineering, and developer tools 📍Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders 📍Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences 📍Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) 📍Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 📍Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
