Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDefine technical requirements for complicated features, working closely with engineering teams and product owners to ensure alignment with product goals. šDrive cross-team delivery of complex features, collaborating closely with engineering managers and teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. šFacilitate communication and collaboration across engineering teams and product owners, breaking down silos and ensuring seamless integration of technical requirements. šProvide strategic guidance and direction, ensuring that technical decisions align with overall business objectives and drive long-term value for the organization. šDrive process improvements and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering organization.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. šProven experience in technical program management, driving cross-team delivery of complex features in a fast-paced environment. šStrong technical background, with the ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams and stakeholders. šStrong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. šExperience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
