What You'll Bring
š5+ years of experience engineering systems in large-scale, production environments š2+ years of engineering leadership experience šStrong hands-on skills in Rust (or equivalent) šProven ability to optimize query performance and diagnose bottlenecks across storage and compute layers šExperience using profilers and performance analysis tools to identify resolve latency or throughput issues šTrack record of delivering complex systems end-to-end, from design through deployment and operations šStrong people leadership skills paired with deep curiosity and a bias for ownership šAbility to drive clarity and execution in ambiguous, high-pressure scenarios
