Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and implement AI strategies that align with company objectives; 📍Apply a mixture of LLM model, RAG Pipelines with advanced machine learning algorithms scalable to huge data sets; 📍Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions; 📍Work closely with the development and product teams to implement these algorithms into production-level software; 📍Be active technical challenger for other colleagues in the team, for the purpose of mutual improvement and broadening of team knowledge.
Requirements
📍Masters or PhD in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics; 📍Design and architecture experience of AI /GEN AI Stacks and connected data sources to empower flexible solutions with different quality and scale requirements; 📍Experience of Finetuning LLMs( LoRA) preferred; 📍Experience in Developing production grade Graph RAG Pipelines and agent workflow; 📍Experience in CoT prompt engineering; 📍Experience in working and deploying Open Source LLM Models; 📍Experience in Production grade Vector Databases; 📍Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in other languages like Java or C++; 📍Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML services; 📍Knowledge in machine learning frameworks and libraries; 📍Ability to explain complicated topics in efficient and simple way
