Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSupport Co-founders by extracting key information from meetings and written updates, ensuring that action items are recorded, planned and ultimately executed upon šEnsure a structured decision making process is followed for organisational decisions šConsistency in handling day to day operations as a proxy for the Co-founders šMediator of any conflict between teams, facilitating productive communication & resolution šHandle any administrative issues/tasks (internal system approvals, budgets, etc) šHelp align a globally remote, asynchronous workforce šEnd goal of alignment & achieving buy-in across the org, through observation, listening and connecting with our teams to understand priorities / pain points
Requirements:
