Job Summary
Responsibilities & Requirements
📍Coordinate the hiring process from search to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. 📍Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep everyone aligned and up to date. 📍Conduct high-impact first-round interviews that effectively assess core competencies, motivation, and role fit, driving subsequent pipeline quality and conversion rates. 📍Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously build relevant expertise on IOTA’s technology, culture, and the broader DLT/Web3 ecosystem, enabling deeper alignment and more informed hiring decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
📍2+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency) Operational mindset, driven to keep processes moving, anticipating roadblocks and delivering results efficiently. 📍Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues. 📍Comfortable using tools and data to optimize hiring workflows. Familiar with ATS systems, pipeline metrics, documentation and AI-based tools. 📍Genuine curiosity for both people and technology: excited by IOTA’s mission and driven to understand the humans powering decentralized change. 📍Fluency in spoken and written English
