Job Summary
⚡ About Us SpeedyDMVservices is building the trust layer for the cryptocurrency economy. Our platform provides secure escrow services for individuals and businesses who want to transact in crypto but are hesitant due to a lack of technical knowledge or fear of legal liability. We are the bridge between the traditional world of "trust" and the decentralized future. We specialize in facilitating safe transactions, particularly within the TRC-20 network (USDT), and we are on a mission to mainstream crypto culture by making every transaction safe, simple, and legally sound. As we scale our platform, the quality and intuitiveness of our user interface are critical. Every button, every confirmation screen, and every wallet connection must be flawless — because we are handling real people's money. We are looking for a sharp-eyed Web3 UI/UX Tester to join our team and ensure our users have a seamless, secure, and stress-free experience. 🚀
About the Role (Your Mission) This is not a typical "click-through" testing role. You will be the gatekeeper of user trust. You will work directly with our product and development teams to validate every interface, every transaction flow, and every edge case before our users see it. You will be responsible for ensuring that our escrow platform is not only functional but also intuitive and reliable across all devices and wallets. You will be paid upfront in USDT (TRC-20) for your work, with clear milestones and bonuses for critical bug discoveries. ✅ What You’ll Do (Guard the User Experience) User Interface & Usability Testing • Execute manual and exploratory testing across our web and mobile interfaces (where applicable) . • Validate that all UI components behave consistently across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Brave), screen resolutions, and operating systems. • Verify strict adherence to design specifications, accessibility standards, and user interaction patterns. • Test the end-to-end user journey: from wallet connection to escrow creation, fund locking, and release . Web3 & Transaction Flow Testing • Core Responsibility: Test all interactions involving TRC-20 USDT. Verify that users can connect their wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TronLink), send funds to escrow, and confirm releases without confusion or error. • Test wallet connection flows, transaction signing prompts, and confirmation screens . • Verify that the UI correctly reflects on-chain statuses (e.g., "Awaiting Payment," "Funds Locked," "Released to Seller") using testnet explorers . • Simulate edge cases: network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, transaction failures, and browser refreshes mid-transaction. Bug Identification & Reporting • Detect, analyze, and document interface defects, usability issues, and edge-case failures . • Capture clear, reproducible steps, expected vs. actual behavior, and environment details (browser, wallet type, network). • Use tools like Jira, Trello, or GitHub Issues to track bugs and collaborate with developers . • Perform regression testing to ensure fixes haven't introduced new issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with developers, product designers, and the founding team to ensure UI quality . • Participate in sprint planning and review sessions where your test results influence release decisions. • Advocate for the user — if something feels confusing or risky, you speak up. 🧠 Who You Are (The Candidate) You are a detail-obsessed individual who loves breaking things to make them better. You understand that in crypto, a misplaced button can lead to a lost transaction. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment. Essential Experience & Mindset: • Web3 Native: You have hands-on experience using crypto wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TronLink) and understand how dApps interact with them . • TRC-20 Familiarity: You understand how USDT transactions work on the Tron network. You know what a transaction hash is and how to look it up on Tronscan. • UI/UX Sensitivity: You have a strong attention to detail when identifying layout inconsistencies, broken flows, or confusing copy . • Testing Fundamentals: You understand how to create test cases, write bug reports, and perform regression testing . Experience with test management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus . • Communication
Skills: You can write clear, concise bug reports that developers love (and actually want to fix). • Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively without someone looking over your shoulder. Nice to Have (But Not Required): • Basic knowledge of browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools) for debugging . • Experience testing on testnets (Tron Shasta testnet, Ethereum Sepolia, etc.). • Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Playwright) . • Previous experience in fintech, escrow, or payment platforms. 🏆 What We Offer (Your Stake in the Future) • Prepaid Work Model: We value your time. You will be paid upfront in USDT (TRC-20) based on agreed milestones or hourly rates. No waiting 30 days for invoices. • Crypto-First Compensation: Get paid the way you want to be paid — instantly, securely, and in the asset you understand best . • Performance Bonuses: Find a critical bug that saves a user from losing funds? You will be rewarded. • Outsize Impact: Your work will directly protect real people conducting real transactions. You are building the "trust layer." • Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere. We care about output, not hours logged. • Flexible Commitment: Whether you're looking for full-time engagement or project-based contracts, we can structure a deal that works for you. • Growth Opportunity: As we scale, there is potential to grow into a Lead QA or Product role . 📌 How to Apply We are looking for someone who pays attention to the details — so we want to see it in your application. Please do not just send a generic CV. To apply, please message us with: • Your Resume/CV highlighting any testing experience (formal or informal) and your familiarity with Web3/TRC-20. • A Short Cover Letter answering this specific question: "Describe a time (even in a personal project) when you found a confusing or broken interface in a crypto app. How did you identify it, and what would you have done to fix it?" • Bonus: Share your Tron wallet address (so we know you're ready to receive TRC-20 payments).
