Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. (Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics) šŸ“Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. šŸ“Negotiate skillfully with the candidate to secure a successful conclusion of the offer. šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions. šŸ“Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates. šŸ“Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline. šŸ“Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. šŸ“Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidate pipelines. šŸ“Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. šŸ“2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. šŸ“Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. šŸ“Strong-bias for action šŸ“Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task šŸ“Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and international environment šŸ“Highly organized šŸ“Proficient in excel šŸ“Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. šŸ“Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role šŸ“Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks.
