Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šScreen, interview, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. (Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics) šManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation. šNegotiate skillfully with the candidate to secure a successful conclusion of the offer. šCollaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions. šDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates. šUtilize various sourcing methods, including online channels and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline. šBuild and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. šProvide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidate pipelines. šAnalyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. š2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. šHandle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. šStrong-bias for action šStrong work ethic and willingness to take on any task šComfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and international environment šHighly organized šProficient in excel šExcellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. šProven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role šFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. šDemonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks.
