Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Search for candidates for open positions using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). 📍Establish initial contacts with potential candidates. 📍Organise all stages of the interview process, including coordination between hiring managers and candidates. 📍Collecting feedback after the interview. 📍Maintaining and updating candidate database, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. 📍Conduct IT market analysis.
Requirements:
📍At least 1 year of IT sourcing experience in a company or agency. 📍Knowledge of specialised sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc). 📍Strong research and analytical skills. 📍Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify key points. 📍Excellent communication and organisational skills. 📍Ability to work both in a team and independently. 📍English level B2 or higher.
