Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, from sourcing to final selection. šCollaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. šUtilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates. šConduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions. šProvide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team. šStay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. šDevelop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. šCollaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. šAnalyze and report on recruitment metrics, offering insights to drive continuous improvement. šAssist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus. šProven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. šIn-depth knowledge of executive search techniques, talent mapping, and market analysis. šStrong understanding of employment laws and regulations. šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. šExceptional organizational and time management abilities. šFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
