Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, from sourcing to final selection. šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. šŸ“Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates. šŸ“Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions. šŸ“Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team. šŸ“Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. šŸ“Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. šŸ“Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. šŸ“Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, offering insights to drive continuous improvement. šŸ“Assist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. šŸ“Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. šŸ“In-depth knowledge of executive search techniques, talent mapping, and market analysis. šŸ“Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. šŸ“Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. šŸ“Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. šŸ“Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
