Job Summary
Recruiting
šOwn all talent coordination; logistics for interviews, including video calls and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers šBe a TFH ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience šImplement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes šCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements, providing support throughout the recruitment cycle šManage relationships with the candidate, communicate relevant information at each stage of the process šDrive programs and projects to improve how we hire at TFH
Office
šBe the go to person for the office and being a key player in culture initiatives šPrioritize employee inquiries and requests ensuring they are completed in a timely manner šBe the liaison for visitors & visiting employees to the office - providing assistance so they are setup with all necessary systems and services šProvide assistance for company wide events and leadership offsites šAid with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup. šDevelop and maintain workplace activities and events šEnsure all office related repairs are taken care of in a time efficient manner, including routine maintenance šReport IT related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed šBe proactive and ready to exceed expectations
About You:
š1+ years of recruiting coordinating or relevant admin experience. Office Coordinator experience is a plus. šYou are proactive, have a high sense of urgency to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts šThrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment šOrganised and have some experience working across different timezones šEagerness to learn and build relationships šHands on and customer oriented šAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and follow HR compliance models at all times šExcellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
