Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Collaborate with hiring managers to understand tech needs and develop recruitment strategies 📍Source candidates through various channels and manage the recruitment process from start to finish 📍Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments 📍Keep stakeholders updated on progress and manage candidate pipelines efficiently 📍Work with HR to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience 📍Contribute to employer branding to attract top tech talent 📍Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements
📍Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 📍Proven experience as a recruiter in the technology sector, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment 📍Familiarity with tech roles and technical skill sets, such as software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure 📍Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively 📍Detail-oriented approach and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
