Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTake ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for both front-line and backend role, also for HK and China team, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and selection. šUtilize various channels to source potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking event, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates. šDevelop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline. šConduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values. šPartner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs & requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. šCollaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. šContribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice. šMaintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. šKeep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Requirements
šBachelor's Degree holder of business-related discipline. š5 - 8 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition. šProven experience as a Talent Acquisition with a successful track record of recruiting top talent šFluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand šChina market will be an advantage. šPassion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. šThrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities. šAble to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. šIANG visa holder is welcomed.
