📍2 to 4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or an equivalent high complexity problem-solving environment 📍Strong bias for action, with a track record of delivering results quickly rather than optimising for perfect plans 📍Fluency in commercial metrics and the ability to use data to tell a compelling story and influence decisions 📍Execution strength across modelling, process design, system building, and cross-functional rollout 📍Comfort working in ambiguity with the ability to rapidly adapt, reframe problems, and shift priorities as needed 📍Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment without authority and bring stakeholders on the journey 📍High learning velocity and a genuine interest in how commercial engines scale in high-growth companies
