Responsibilities:

📍Develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry; 📍Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives; 📍Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or adjust our pricing strategy where applicable; 📍Perform data analysis on our user & products, identify trends or gaps, and recommend improvements; 📍Assist with strategic partnerships and investments as appropriate; 📍Manage or mentor junior members of the strategy team; 📍Be a role model of having a “founder’s mentality” with strong ownership.

Required qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree or above; 📍Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate working hours of Hong Kong (GMT+8); 📍Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry, with good knowledge of DeFi being a strong plus; 📍Prefer candidates with 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., management consulting) and has managed teams; 📍Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; 📍(Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
