Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šStrategic planning (global go to market, international expansion) šSupport and lead strategic ecosystem partnerships in conjunction with the Head of Strategy and Ecosystem team. šHelp manage a variety of cross functional strategic initiatives working with internal and external stakeholders to grow Aptos in new strategic regions. šAssist leadership team in driving key business outcomes and lead select projects independently. šConduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with team members to propose recommendations that shape the future of the company strategy. šHelp enhance the efficiency of the team by establishing new processes and upgrading current processes. šEcosystem support / external programs šSupport ecosystem projects in their fundraising efforts by connecting them with the best investors in our network. šSupport and grow the Aptos Ecosystem Fund investments with an active asset management strategy. šDefine KPIs and other metrics for ecosystem success and then use those metrics as your reference on the success of new and existing funnels. šSupport various internal and external ecosystem growth programs and initiatives. šInternal Collaboration šHelp the team build strong relationships with investors, industry players, clients, and strategic partners to ensure the company is at the forefront of new industry developments. šAlign the Aptos developer community with the broader Aptos community in lockstep with the Aptos ecosystem team. šIdentify strategic projects in the Aptos ecosystem for the Aptos Product team to direct engineering resources to support as these projects build on Aptos.
What weāre looking for:
š3-5 years of experience at a top tier company in web3, management consulting, investment banking, or technology. šDeep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and the investment management landscape - particularly within the financial services, fintech, & crypto ecosystems šStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities šExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable format šAbility to build strong relationships internally and externally with senior executives, analysts, and investors
